LocalSlip is local DNS for ports. Names map to TCP numbers on this machine, the way DNS maps names to addresses.

It is not a reverse proxy. It does not give you fizzbuzz.localhost URLs. You still type the port.

LocalHelm hosts start and stop. This CLI still owns the lease.
